It has been whirlwind of a fall, winter and spring. From constant sickness to the holidays to......a third baby (What!?), we have been quite busy the last six months. As I was preparing for the combined birthday party for the kiddos (3 and 1) in January, I was also binge eating and feeling exhausted. Thinking that I was having trouble getting off the holiday food fest, I started a sugar detox to try to get back on track. I failed miserably. Then one day while my daughter, the three year old, was feeling icky and watching Sofia the First, I started crying as Sofia was trying to make it up the bell tower to make the flying derby team. Go Sofia Go! It was then that I knew.
