Kids and food can make for a super stressful combination, especially when it entails a child refusing food you are giving them. Every child is unique and every family has to make their own choices. I am sharing how we feed our kiddos, why we believe food is important and how I believe it has shaped their food preferences.

September is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Awareness month. This topic is very personal for me because I have PCOS. My hope is that awareness can continue past just this month.
Faith is something I believe we all have, it's just a matter of what you have faith IN. For me, I have faith in God and that He is in control of all things, despite what I may think at times. My faith has been tested and strengthened in so many ways over the last few years. Most recently, I am discovering a whole new level of faith.
