It took me a really long time to find a meal planning system that worked. I tried several paper and online options without much success. This weekly meal planner includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, with options on the side to keep meal planning flexible. This is an updated version of an old black and white copy. Enjoy!

This planner is updated with color and a bit more space. It can be printed in color or black and white, and should still be effective.
