It’s Homeschool Friday! I wanted to share some of our favorite art and music resources. Through Classical Conversations, we cover several great artists and composers. Everything listed is something we use on a regular basis or I have found and want to use more. Hope you find resources your family would enjoy too!!

What is rest? Rest means something different to everyone. Maybe it’s sleeping in on a lazy rainy morning. Maybe it’s a day off from work. Maybe it’s a week long vacation. What does rest mean spiritually? I find myself in this perpetual state of needing rest at times. But most of the time, I don’t even know what that looks like. And why do I need just so much rest anyway?
Happy Friday!! Although my primary focus for this blog is not necessarily homeschooling, it is a huge part of our lives in this season. For that reason, I would like to share on Fridays (or sometime on the weekend) some of our homeschooling adventures from the week. This week we are starting to get back into a routine, specifically our morning routine. This post will cover the curriculum I believe we will be using, although that is always subject to change.

Scripture/Quote of the Week:
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
