It's only 2:00 pm and it has already been a very long day. I finally had the mini breakdown today that I think I needed to have to help improve the breastfeeding fussiness.
My husband and I love food and we really like to eat out. Eating out has always been our weakness when it comes to budgeting. This month we have been putting extra effort into staying on budget. We have been known to have a refrigerator full of food and still eat out. But this weekend has been a milestone, I would say, we bought groceries yesterday and have not eaten out this weekend!
Could it really be that removing dairy from my diet is reducing Little Man's spit up?
This is my first post to my blog. I have to admit, it feels a little odd, writing about myself knowing it's just out there for anyone to see. But I'm very excited to have this blog up and going. It's about my journey as a new stay at home mom. With a two year old and an almost two month old, things are very busy around our house. I'm finding my new normal and I want to share my ups and downs in the process. I hope to help others and also listen for new ideas. You could see a multitude of topics here, depending what I'm working on, but it will all be centered around my journey to becoming the stay at home mom that I want to be. Welcome!
Please check back often as I am adding or modifying pages as time permits.
Scripture/Quote of the Week:
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
